Another good read Cuppa, and Mrs T, so thanks for that

For whatever reason your link did not work, on a desktop computer, so here is one which I hope works

http://cuppa500.com/Blog/2019/07/23/north-kimberley-pt-4-kalumburu-to-kununurra/

At least you have left some ammunition in the bag for another trip, as you missed going to Mitchell Falls

I can only shake my head at the $4 teabag, but look on the bright side, it is probably an experience you will remember for a long time

It certainly sounds like the mechanic at Kununurra, fitting the control arm bushes, is one to avoid in the future

Happy Birthday on your 62nd

Hope that all goes well with your leaf springs

Such a great read Cuppa and Mrs T. I'm just amazed and enthralled at the places you go and how you get there. Many happy returns for your birthday Cuppa and may your repairs be shorter and cheaper than expected. Let us know what happened.

Me too. This is the only forum I struggle with links on. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, & I'm sure I do the same thing each time (but perhaps I don't?). I check the preview before posting & it seems that if the link does not work correctly no amount of editing the post can change it. I've been using forums for 20 years but somehow things seem to operate differently here, with inconsistent results.

TonyBev - if you can, can you tell me what you did differently in your post to what I did in my OP to get the link to work. I know I've had this conversation here before, but I am convinced that results of putting in links are inconsistent & not me posting them incorrectly.  Thanks though for re-posting the link for folk who don't know to copy & paste the link into their browser's url address box.

Hi Cuppa, and Mrs T

Been out of Internet range for a week, so sorry about the late reply

Below is a link to the tutorial I have just put up, I am using a Laptop

Opps something is wrong the link is not working

Hopefully this link will work, at least it has more letters behind the numbers

https://thegreynomads.activeboard.com/t65760381/clickable-link-to-another-website-another-way-to-insert-it/

Perhaps we have to be careful that we have actually copied the full link

I think that "I see, I see, said me!

Looking at the two links above, there may be a time lag, from when the server receives the post, to when the server has digested it, and put it out there

I logged off and then back on, before I could see the complete link
