Rheumatoid arthritis

hi. Anyone on here have this also. Wondered how you were getting on. Do other family members have it? I think one of my kids   is having trouble eating certain foods. I recall this Happening to me many years ago n wonder if it is a sign or just coincidence. I was the first that i know of in my family, who has it. Bugger.

I suffered badly, particularly in knees and hips, resulting from distance running and rugby league injuries. Magnesium tablets (1000 mg daily), prescribed by Dr has made me mobile again and pain free - they have also improved blood circulation in legs preventing cramping.
