Unfortunately the rules are required to curb the impact of those who do the wrong thing. When I was a nipper a thing called common sense was used significantly but these days too many people are clueless about right, wrong, respect and decency. That is what happens when too many people have their hands out expecting someone else to carry them through life and unfortunately we havent seen the end of it.............. enjoy this beautiful country as best you can because each year our freedom is being chipped away.
