We have the Garmin 61, looks quite similar. Features are quite good. We had the Dezl, which is a truckies unit, i.e. features the rig size input. Be aware the GPS can lead you on some weird routes to ensure your rig fits. We have a big rig and don't use that feature anymore.
Also be aware that the units are throw away when the batteries are U/S, so spending extra money on features you may not use is a waste. Look into what features actually work here in Aus.
On the plus, if you are a member of CMCA, you can down load all the points of interest from Geo Wiki, their trip program.
Also there is a program I use called "Base Camp" free to down load from Garmin, that allows you to plan your trip on a PC and up load it into the GPS. Very versatile, you can save your trips, and print out an itinerary.

Had the 61 it started taking 30 seconds or not at all to find satellites after only 18 months old. I bought a new one which is a 65, hope it lasts longer.
It takes you on strange routes, but they probably all do that.
My main wish would be to have minor roads shown at more than 500 metres resolution. This is not an issue in the city but in the outback it is a real pain in the neck as minor roads can be tens of km appart.
Maybe some other makes do this better.
