Wongan Hills.

FYI. on our way home from Broome WA last week we thought we would stay in the  Dalwallinu CP and look at the wildflowers, but fully booked by some club; so travelled a bit further to Wongan Hills.

The CP there is a KUI park and was fantastic. Friendly owners, clean ablutions and the largest fully concreted sites I've seen, and extremely quiet.

The town was supper friendly, offered some truely wonderful bush walks with wildflowers and heaps of orchids.

It was a refreshing stay. $25.00/night for 2 people, Powered.

Just thought I would pass on our experience.

Regards.

Hetho.

A little bit further and you could have gone to the Dowerin field days. Always worth a visit.

Could have done that as well, except they were on in August.

Thanks! My husband was born in Wongan Hills, we've talked many times about visiting there (last visit was 30 years ago) so we will definitely visit again and now know where we will stay
