Water pressure

The water pressure to our shower is very poor when on park water supply. The water pressure valve is rated at 350kpa. Has anyone had experience fitting a valve with a 500kpa rating?

Ensure the small strainer on the intake is clear of debris.

Are you sure the park pressure is in excess of what you are getting in the van?

Gus,I had a similar situation with my pressure regulator this year. I removed the pressure regulator, completely disassembled it, cleaned and inspected all components and reassembled and refitted the unit. No improvement. I purchased a unit made by AVG..Australian Valve Group. It is adjustable and has 3 settings. 350,500 and 600kpa.I set the unit to 350kpa and the difference was unbelievable. The flow rate was 50lpm .Check them out on the internet. You can get them from a good plumbing supply.
