See your doctor and have a bone scan to confirm Osto
Then xray to check for any fractures which may be pinching nerves, Wife had 3 fractures with her Osto
With diet and excercise wife's is under control, been going to a physio for nearly 30 years.
Wife can predict the weather as she starts to ache. She was on HRT for a while.
