Farm Caravan stay with caravan / power short stays 4-5 nights Qld

Hi all, my wife and I are doing an inland QLD. trip with our Isuzu and 24' Sterling caravan. We have always stayed in c/parks with powered sites.

We would like to find Farms that allow caravans (preferably with power available.) I'll list the route we're doing and if anyone can suggest places along the way we would appreciate it.

Areas we would be interested in would be - Barcaldine, longreach area,  Blackall, Charleville, Cunnamulla, St George, Dalby.  Any information would be great.

We don't have a generator so a little restricted. Although we've been caravanning for many years, we haven't roughed it - maybe in the future we'll get a generator.

Thank you  no

John and Sue - Brisbane.

John,

I cant advise much on what is available, as I live in Adelaide, and our only trips to the area have seen us stay at Caravan Parks.

What I would suggest though is investing a few dollars (less than $10 still I think), and download Wiki Camps onto a pad or computer. It is a mine of information about all thinks caravanning re CPs, farm stays, free camps, points of interest, etc. and with its reviews and photos is a must for this sort of planning.
