We're looking at a Coromal with independent suspension. Just wondering if anyone has had any problems, the setup is a bit unique, leaf springs on the end of "batwing " suspension arms.
More the point why wouldn't you want independent suspension they ride better and less tire wear and if its off road or semi even more reason to want it as it walks over rough ground easier and better

The features you describe can be achieved with any compliant suspension. The problem is that many traditional caravan suspensions are not compliant, but they could easily be. Independence is not a prerequisite, but is more complex and typically results in more wear and tear.
