Defect: In some instances, the shock absorber bracket weld to the chassis has been found to be insufficient. Affected products are caravans with Cruisemaster XT suspension manufactured between November 2019 and July 2020.

Hazard: If the defect occurs while the caravan is on the road the shock absorber bracket can become detached from the chassis frame.

What to do: All customers that are listed as owners of a caravan affected by this recall will be contacted by New Age Caravans through a letter in the mail and by email. Customer with a caravan that is within the range listed should contact their local New Age Caravan Dealer to have their caravan inspected and the repair carried out if required.
