Hi Peter....if you ask Mr Google about "Lightforce Striker" you will find some "interesting" comments! The 4wd Supacentre sells 10,000 Lumens spotlights at low price, but I don't know about the quality? Cheers

P.S Found this on internet.Hope I'm not breaking any forum rules by posting it?

Nowdays I rarely drive at night and tend to adjust speed for normal lighting to be effective, so I no longer use any long distance lights, I have even taken the four Hella's off the front of Patrol. I do however still have Bull Bar and Shoo Roo whistles fitted.

It seems that my most recent animal strikes have been birds and a couple of skinks in daylight.

Sorry can't comment on the lights.

We don't drive at night either, rather play it safe.

Just so you know, Lightforce is a South Australian company and at least until recently, all development and manufacturing was done in Adelaide. May still be the case, but I may not be up to date.
Like RedArc, another Adelaide company, they have developed a very good export market, particularly in the USA.
Support local manufacturing.
Cheers,
Peter

Orig,
I haven't got these lights on my car but I read a review recently in one of the mailings that I receive. Lightforce is a Sth Aussie company I learnt & their lights are "up there with the best".

I prefer to use a LED Bar as they give good light (far better than headlights) & don't block nearly as much air entering the engine bay as the round lights do. I started this usage when I bought my last Nissan Patrol - the aux battery location was not ideal for anything but cooking the battery in a year or less!

Hi Orid

On the dmax I have the kings led spreader 20 and kings 9 led spotlights and have had them on previous vehicle same lights and have done lots of off-roading and never had a problem not bad for about one tenth the price of other brands and makes night driving so much better

cheers

I also have the 9" Kings. Fantastic lights and particularly for the price. Have done a good few miles behind them and no problems to date.
