They are an adequate mover on level paved surfaces providing you mount is in a position that allows handle to have enough room to "Pump" the handle - can't be used if mount is inside A Frame.

Relatively low load on the jockey wheel relative to the gross weight means it won't take much to stop it. Dead flat dead smooth concrete but then of course you can move it by hand.
Wouldn't take much of a slope for the van to get away from you so you need to be quick on the hand brake (if it works)
