In our seventies and looking forward to returning from the UK to Australia to carry on nomading.

G'day all.  Our names are Mike and Kathy Bennett.  We spent six months on the road in 2008.  Returned to the UK because of grandchildren in 2013.  Big mistake!  Could never adapt to this weather!

We're planning on returning in November (2021 -covid permitting) and looking at purchasing a smallish rig and tow vehicle and carry on what we started.

Thank you for this wonderful forum.

Welcome to GN's Mike & Kathy, Hope you can get back OK without airfares forcing you into poverty. It will be hard to leave grandkids but with modern technology it's bearable.

We are newbies here as well Mike and Kathy...... but that shouldn't stop us from welcoming you here and back to Aus in November.

All the best.

Gavin and Julie

A warm welcome from me also, mikekathy

From what I read in the Internet news media, by November 2021, all of England should have been vaccinated

But...

There is no guarantee that all of Australia would have been vaccinated, as some vaccines for the under 50's, may not be here until the third quarter

So there may not be international travel, to all countries

All the best anyway, but I would be having two bob each way, and buying some extra blankets, for the English winter, just in case
