Well the NSW lockdown has given plenty of time a sit and ponder, what will I do next.
Pricing up the cost to have my Roadstar resealed, I was quoted about est $4000 for removing all corner strips, replace with new and reseal.
Then they get to it in maybe 3 months, this was the first and only estimate I asked for. So I am think, I have plenty of time because you can't leave Sydney so I might as well just do it myself.
I have ordered a Dicor sealing tape from the USA to seal in the corners, however one needs to apply a sealant to the corner mouldings once they are clean for reinstalling.
Has anyone some advice on what product I should use my Van is a 23ft dual axle semi off road unit so I assuming that the product should have flex, I don't think American sealants will have the flex that we'd require in Australia.
Has anyone actually completed this job at home and any advice would be appreciated.
This is what I am going to do here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=366yEXwq86k
Just uncertain about the sealer to use.

Sheesh !! I had an old caravan I sealed myself for under $100. I have forgotten the brand ? From memory it was a US brand . I cleaned alloy with rag, Jiff and water . Left 24 hours to dry . Ill do it for half the quoted price - joking . I doubt the panels would need removing ? It could lead to other problems ? Lighter wallet !!!
I think you should tread carefully if you are thinking or doing it yourself on your own. Read through this link Nothing's changed after all these years - so sad !!!. The authour was the owner of a very large repair business. In one of his replies in another thread he stated that he always has two people doing the sealing on things like J-mould, you can not guarantee a good job unless you do.

Yeah I have seen the hydro guns mentioned in the link, I am considering removing the mouldings completely and using Dicor seal tape to the Aluminum sidings and roof which bonds to both edges creating a waterproof seal. www.youtube.com/watch
Your link is 2013 and it's 2021 and advancements in sealers and other products have jumped leaps & bounds since that original post was written, your right though I would need another person to assist in the removal of the edge moulding as they are quite long and damage must be avoided.
