Cheers Craig
I have never noticed any issues.

I would think it does for sure, but it would be picked up at the next balance anyway if not to uncomfortable before needing balancing.
The centrifugal mass does add up. I have put my sensors on post wheel balancing. The only time I have noticed the wheels out of balance was when mud built up unevenly on the inside face of the rim. Had to stop & clean it off.

I've had them on for at least 10 years and never noticed any imbalance.
Mine being the External ones are taken off when the D-Max goes in for servicing.

Each tyre has 400g of 4mm diameter ceramic balls rattling around inside.
They provide dynamic balancing as you drive.
Good for the life of the tyre.
