A couple months back I found a Ford Econovan for sale at a less than reasonable price. Having too much time on my hands I bought it and then started thinking... what to do with it? Long story shortened; I converted the empty van into a campervan. Now what do I do? I'm in my mid 80's, single, living in paradise (also known as Noosa, QLD). Guess I'll go see how my project works out. Making queries about campsites within a couple hundred km I discovered farm stays. So, this is byway of an introduction; watch for me, say hello if you want, I'll be in my white 2000 Ford with Banksy's Balloon Girl art on one side window looking for a quiet place to park, a glass of red at sunset and learning how to feed myself on a butane stove. Ain't life fun?
Welcome to the gang Bill, enjoy here and out in the playground.
If you have a smartphone or laptop or tablet (the electronic type that is) get yourself an app called 'Wikicamps' it will be your friend as long as you are travelling this great land called OZ. It has great places to set up camp with directions and info from people staying at them.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

Hi Billy,
I too live in little piece of paradise (on the banks of the Murray) but it's good to get out and about and have new experiences in new places: I think it helps to keep you young and you appreciate your own place even more when you get home. Have fun
