My Evolution Caravan

Hi Gang, we have just purchased a 2012 Evolution Allure caravan and I am still trying to work out how to have power when off grid. We have two solar panels, two batteries, a Solarforce 3o AMP Solar controller, a Power Inverter, a CTEK MXS 25 charger etc... When I turn the 240V mains off, I have no power at all. What am I missing?

Hi Gilo,

There is a 12v master switch, usually black, that may have been accidently turned off.

Try to locate it( just inside the door sometimes) and then test something from a 12v plug, with the power off of course.

Are you trying to use the normal 240v powerpoints ?

It will depend how the inverter has been installed/wired.

Did you ask the seller when you bought the van ?
