Cervantes Country Music Festival 2023

Usual disclaimer, that I am not associated with anyone, selling anything

For those who use to go to the Nambung Country Musical Festival

As we know 2022 was the last year for Nambung, due to the station being sold to a mining company

Just a heads up that the usual performers, are putting on a show at Cervantes, on 18 & 19 November 2023

It appears that although there is the usual type of camping at the Cervantes Oval (no power etc)

The artist will be performing inside a building, so there are only 300 tickets available

From memory last year I stopped counting at about 400 RV's/Caravans/Tents etc, so there must have been at least 1,000 people at Nambung

Below is the website for bookings

It is not an alcohol-free event, but you must bring your own as there are no on-site sales. Going to be busy though, as there already are over 300 caravan sites booked. Cheers

Hi Non, welcome to the forum

As yobarr above has already said, it is not an alcohol-free event, but you must bring your own as there are no on-site sales.

Cervantes would have probably less than 600 permanent residents, so it is not a big town

I am not sure if alcohol would be allowed inside the venue building, but people usually catch up with each other in the evenings, and have a drink under their awnings

Last time I went into Cervantes, there was a bottle shop

Not sure how many tickets would be left, as yobarr has said that over 300 caravans have already booked, and there was only 300 tickets available

I did read about one week after I put up the original post, that half the tickets (150) had already been sold
