How much does it cost to remove and relocate a caravan/hard annex from a caravan park?

I have a friend who lives in a caravan park in Sydney. He owns a caravan with a shower and toilet (can't be towed .... needs to be placed on a vehicle for removal). There's also an attached hard annex that's 3 x 5 metres, a carport, and a small shed ... all needing dismantling. He paid $29,000 for everything. The caravan park is closing down. "Approx" how much will it likely cost to have this stuff dismantled, transport it about 10ks, and set it all up in another caravan park?  Thank you.

Jimbo you can either carry the van on a car trailer or hire a towing/salvage contractor you will need to get rate from Trailer rental company and towing contractor - the hard annex would need to be dismantled prior to moving.

It is common to remove houses to a new site so caravans should be easier. Ideally if all residents with same issue need to work together as it would make it cheaper over all. All plumbing, electrical and crane hire only o e call out.

I expect the demolition and reconstruction of annex would need to be carefully assessed. Could be cheaper to demolish into skip  in and build new.

First step residents need to get their heads together and do the research.

Good luck

Have done this, but the move was only 100metres, and it involved a crane, it cost 10k, plus 9k for a new annex to be built, that was 24 years ago. I say todays prices with move of the van, dismantling it and re-erecting the annex, minimum $10 k I would say. I f he is handy, he could just hire a tow truck for the van, and maybe a table top truck with a couple of helpers to demolish it himself, maybe 4-$5k. If I was in his area I would help him do it, fr a couple of days accom, food and a few beers, he would just have to hire the tow truck, and TT truck, I  have a truck license and commonsense( have built many a home)

Have they put a value on simply removing what they can & walking away.
