Currently in Monto and was going to head east via Kalpowar and back towards Gin Gin however the road signs say unsuitable for caravans. Locals I have spoken to say it shouldnt be a problem. Has anyone driven it or got any updates?

Just travelled road, just been graded, acouple of steep parts no issues. Now at Gin Gin eating a liver and bacon pie.

Google Street View shows the start of the stretch from Kalpowar as a gravel road. How much gravel is there between Kalpowar and the Bruce Hwy?

Eidsvoid via My Perry to Gin Gin is sealed and seems to be the preferred route taken by the Greynomads back in 2016.

We have only travelled the Gin Gin to Mt Perry section and then a unsealed road south to Gayndah.
