Motorhome conversion

Hi, thinking of buying a new 2023 Youtong D7 to convert into a Motorhome, they have a lot of safety features, with Alison gearbox 10 speed and Cummins engine, they are longer 7.7mtrs, wide 2.4 and height 3.1 with aircon on the roof. Thinking of doing a standard fit out with shower, toilet, bed and cupboards under the window only. Would be interested in your views. https://youtu.be/ljqSAE6teWk?si=ZpENORwGWbp6gywT

Cummins & Allison sound wonderful. Great size bus. 'Wide Body' makes an enormous difference to layout possibilities. Having minimal floor to ceiling height structures works well for airflow & avoiding the claustrophobic nature of many conversions.

Thankyou Cuppa, appreciate your comments and the links are great, I will read them with great interest as a quick glance looked impressive.
Yes the bus is fairly expensive however great quality and agree with your sentiments. The dealer will buy the seats back for $2500, and Im thinking that we might do minimal upgrade at first given the lengthy waiting times for quality fit outs.

The specs for the bus sound good but as it is the standing ventilation when not travelling will be poor as there are no openings except the drivers door and the side door.
I drove a similar bus for work for several years and without the aircon and vehicle movement it heated up very quickly in hot weather despite the white exterior and the dark tinted glass.
A few attempts at driving without the aircon was okay without passengers at highway speeds but quickly led to heat buildup in slow going.
