The Satlink WS-6906 TV not showing

My Satlink WS-6909 works well and I use the info button to get the best signal. I'm on the optus satellite. The TV station has suddenly stopped showing up on the unit. I lock in using the blue lock light and then go to info but it's so much better when Algazerra pops up with picture and sound and then go to info. Is there a setting in missing?
