I recently lost an 'inlay' crown and a dentist advised me to get some oral putty and stick it back in until I could see a dentist. Didnt find the putty but did find a 'filling repair kit' so filled the large hole. When I did get to the dentist she was very happy as there was no damage to the tooth - and she glued the inlay back into place. Wont travel without this stuff now :)
