RV media 12vlt smart tv

We updated our WiFi modem which now requires to re-enter password on connected devices (tv). Go to settings icon on tv, click, and nothing....... settings will not open. Any suggestions????

Try "properly/completely" powering is off; ie unplugging from whatever power source and waiting 30 seconds or so and THEN going to settings and see if you can get any sort of menu. Sometimes when you just turn it off at the set, it merely goes into standby rather than actually going completely off (if that makes any sense?).

If you don't get any menu under these conditions then you might have a defective smart TV.

Welcome to the Forum Tracy - Could be as 2happy advised, or could be that TV is not getting enough power if a 240v option is available try that way - cantankerous bloody things, when 12v.

Thanks 2happy. Tried all that - looks like it might be a warranty job.
