Hi, have just fitted 2 new wow controller boxes ,still cant get windows to shut properly so to lock them . Can anyone give me an idea . Cheers PETER

Welcome to the Forum Peter.
It sounds as if the winding mechanism is too close to window. Can you reposition the housing?

Thanks Ali i will give it a go , I see that a different brand of winder has a curve in the arm may be trying to fix same problem . Cheers
