New Van Leans to the Right

Hi all, I've had a few vans but recently splashed out on a brand new one, a 17'4" single axle.  It's great, but ... we didn't get to use it for a couple of months due to work commitments, and when we did was when I started to notice that even on level ground, the offside side of the van sits some 25-30mm lower than the nearside.  This is the same unladen and regardless whether measured at the wheel arch clearance to the tire or the side to the ground.  This makes it a bit of a pain to level when setting up.  It's a new model by the manufacturer and I found another example in the dealers yard which is exactly the same.  But I couldn't find any other vans that were like this.  What I suspect is that this is a weight distribution issue of the design as all the heavier bits - kitchen, fridge, oven, hot water tank, toilet, even the batteries - are all on that side.  There's nothing I can see that looks odd about the suspension.  I'm currently trying to get some resolution from the dealer/manufacturer but I wondered if any other users out there had come across this issue and how they resolved it?  Thanks!

Not all together uncommon, from memory Jayco used to put an extra leaf in the spring pack on the kitchen side of some models. If you have no luck with the manufacturer, a spring works will sort it fairly easily.
