Dometic Saneo toilet flushing by itself

Hi,

I have a Dometic Saneo toilet that decides to flush when showering (combined toilet/shower ensuite)

It usually starts after about a minute or two of the shower running. It even started once between showers,

Has anyone seen this issue, or have any ideas as to the cause?

I did some more testing and it seems whenever water from the shower sprays onto the flush panel. it starts flushing. The flush switch is very sensitive.
