Maybe a bit late and haven't tried the ones mentioned but bought these nearly a year ago and they still work well. I have tried several from Chemist Warehouse which were garbage. The velcro did not last at all well. I use these when sleeping and they are very effective. Get me good unbroken sleep.

Must admit I'm tempted to try them though. Might be good for day time use.

For what it's worth to anyone interested I did try these. I have dealt with Knee osteoarthritis long enough to try anything. They are Garbage. Don't bother. They may work if you have an exceptionally tiny knee but the knee cap pad is WAY too small. it does not surround the knee cap at all, but presses it into joint. As I have said I have tried many, including all the ones available over the counter at Chemist Warehouse. The only ones I have found that offer any support and last longer than a month or so are the ones I mentioned. I have been using the ones I have overnight for about 9 months now and the velcro is starting to go a little but only on the tabs you put down first. It's the overlocking, the stretchy elastic lock down ones that make these the best. Elastoplast ones from CW has velcro that lasts about a month.
OH and the "Customer Support" this company offers is nothing but Bots that try to sell you more of what you just complained about. Total garbage company.

Im not a doctor but anything tight on your knee overnight will restrict blood flow and could lead to thrombosis. I would use it daytime but no way overnight.
