At then end of Feb we called into Extend Outdoors near Forest Glen on the Sunny Coast Qld to have alook for a new annex, our current one is about 15 years old and getting a bit tired.

After checking  out the various options we decided on the Australia Wide modeland placed an order, they booked us in to have everything measured by one of their team, bear in mind we are a 1000k from the sunny coast in NQ.

Tuesday the 29th he arrived at the arranged time measured up everything and then pre drilled the awning roller for support poles and replaced the pressstuds for the draft skirt, everything was compleated in about an hour, he mentioned it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery o the new annex.

On Monday 6 days later I receive a phone call to advise that my annex was finished and will be despatched on Tuesday.

Holy crap thats what I call service.

Footnote, it will stay in its bag untll the rain decides to stop.
