Replacing dometic vt2500 in Winnebago Alpine

Hi everybody, We have a 2007 Winnebago Alpine (predecessor of the Avida longreach Im told) we would like to replace the toilet as its cracked lid and stained. It is an Dometic VT2500 vacuum toilet. Could anyone tell me if the whole system would need replacing as the vacuum system still works okay so hoping to replace the bowl and lid etc. Thanks in advance! A starting point would be great! Kelly

Some vacuum toilet parts are difficult to get, especially the seals and pump. Check.
If you decide to replace it, I would suggest a composting toilet.
Cheers,
Peter
