Newbie here! Been lurking for a bit and loving all the insights shared in this community about mobile plans. It's really helped me get a better grasp of what's out there beyond the big players.
I've been on the hunt for a new plan lately, something that offers a good balance of data without breaking the bank, and especially something that works well for managing multiple lines (thinking about family use here). I stumbled across a provider called Yomojo and their plans seem quite interesting, particularly with their focus on family bundles.
Has anyone here had any personal experiences with them? I'm curious about real-world performance, especially when it comes to network coverage (they operate on the Optus network, from what I understand) and their customer service. Their website highlights some appealing features, but I always value direct user feedback more.
Just trying to gather more perspectives before making a decision. Any thoughts or experiences, positive or negative, would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help! I really need your thoughts on this. Help

Hi,
You don't indicate if you want the service for home use only, or for travel as well.
If home use, almost any carrier should be okay, but if you want to travel think TELSTRA!
I recently toured from Adelaide to Darwin, then west coast etc.
I was using ALDIMobile using the reduced Telstra network and could not get signal at Glendambo or Cadney Park on the way north.
Other people were using their mobiles so I enquired 'which service' - Telstra (full service).
I was led to believe that ALDIMobile used Telstra's 4G network, not the full 5G, and I would be happy with that.
After I enquired with ALDIMobile I found that they do not use all of the Telstra Towers.
When I got to Alice Springs I ditched the ALDI service and went full Telstra, and even then there were plenty of places with no signal.
