Free camping Tenterfield area?

Hello to all I'm currently near Tenterfield looking for a nice area to stop for a few days or so...with mobile signal. Any suggestions please? I'm pulling a caravan with a Subaru ...so can't go too or rough or steep. Anything in a 150km radius is fine...just enjoying the area so much I want to stay longer...
