6 slices of bread crust removed 2 eggs. lightly beaten 1/2 cup grated cheese. mixed herbs if liked or chopped up bacon fine. Press bread into non-stick muffun tin, Fill each cup with cheese and herbs and sprinkle pepper on top Top each with egg mixture and bake for 15 mins in 220c oven.
