Pork Fillet- Aldi prepack

Not too bad, at $8.85 for the piece, just did a basic brown it in the pan and then a slowish roast. Gravy from the pan with a bit of help. Left overs for lunch the next day. Might get a bit fancy the next time.

Here's a tip I picked up recently from Nagi Maehashi. Sprinkle meat with carb soda at least 15 minutes prior to cooking, rinse it off then pat dry with paper towel prior to cooking.
