Recently acquired a 1989 long wheel base Toyota Coaster bus complete with seating and want to convert it into a motorhome. If I remove the bus seating, would that be enough to register it as a motorhome/campervan here in NSW and to avoid the twice a year over the pit inspection. Any idea's, thanks.

I'm about to buy a Jayco swift camper trailer and was wondering if anyone uses an electric winder for the roof. Jayco had one available but has since withdrawn it. I don't think a cordless drill would have the power and a rattle gun would probably destroy the winding mechanism. Ideas?

Is there any reason, legally or otherwise, why we can't put a car gas cylinder onto the caravan and fill it up at the LPG pump? It would be a heck of a lot cheaper. Of course, I'm talking about getting a licensed gas fitter to install it. Anybody know about this, or done it themselves?
