I have brought a 120 watt folding solar panel , I have hooked it up via anderson plug to my caravan , With the multi meter the house battery has a reading of 12.5 volts , But the reading on the lead from the solar panel is 2.5 volts is this normal

Does anybody know anything about some new regulation that basically states that your hitch cannot be higher than 540mm when the van is level. As it is I am dragging my WDH spring bar on the ground. Larry

We picked this up at a caravan show a few years back. It's the horizontal version of the old car scissor jack, it's job is to lock the wheels and act as a chock.
