I have an increase in pain levels in my hands, more so the right one. I'm taking Fish Oil, Tumeric, Glucosime and Osteo Panadol (prescribed) tried one of the Pain Away sprays work for a short time but stinks I'm now tryiing Voltarin. Any hints or ideas for me ?
