Its getting worse & worse !! They said it was hamstring tendons . But often when I walk or change direction it seems my hip pops out !! Terrible pain for a few house down to my knee . Seems anti inflammatory works then when hip pops it starts all over again !! Theres not much you can do ! even tying laces...
