Forbes, Parkes Flooded.

Watching ABC news just now. Both Forbes and Parkes are under threat. Forbes being evacuated at the moment. Which means the Newell will be closed. Oops, he also just said Nerrandera being evacuated. Won't be heading north for some time. Also 9,000 have been evacuated from areas of Wagga Wagga.

we have been wandering 4 quite some time and r new to grey nomads foruhwe were at mungindi for a couple of months but have had a few weeks break as were flooded again now we are at boomi and still stuck can getas far as goondiwindi or moree thats about it so happy travelling

I actually thought this section was i.e. The road from A-B is in a state of disrepair, full of rather large pot holes and could cause damage to your van etc OR road from C-D is flooded as of 2/2/12 and looks like it will be for some time I suggest you take route E-F. Something like that anyway. I could be wron...
