I must have! As if all this business with AF wasn't enough, I'm having a flareup of Ulcerative Colitis again, so I'm back on the dreaded Prednisone. Not sure if that's from the new heart meds or stress, or both. I see the Cardiologist tomorrow, so will discuss all that with him. But wait, there's more...

The cruiser should be on the operating table by now having open heart surgery. Hope it doesn't die while under the knife,but then again could be like a wife, a good excuse to go out and buy a younger flasher model .

Hi all, Has anyone used Woolworths for house insurance????? My policy is due soon and I just got a quote from them which is about 20% cheaper than the next chepest quote. I am always cautious about 'cheap' prices, but it is a large company. Hoping someone has had dealings with them. Thanks. Patto

you all know i started riding again.. any way this is a pic of my route , dont worry about the time ,lots of stop starts, also chain keeps slipping , especially when going from 1st gear to 2nd, it stays ok in 2nd though oh dont wear jeans ( at least not for me) so much hard work in jeans.. i will get a bigger seat...
