Motorhome Preserving the Fibreglass Walls

I notice the walls of my Avida motorhome are a bit dirty and dull and while washing the water turns a little white. Does anyone know of a product that may restore/seal the external walls please? Have looked locally and quite confused on what to, or what not to use. Thanks
