I dropped into the weight bridge in Sheperton and I was a bit Surprised... The weight was 4700kg... which when yo think about it is not to bad.... - 280kg of Trailer Plus about 150kg of added weight in the back... - Near full load of Water... 300lt so say 200kg.. - Full Fuel tank... - 1/2 full black tank......

The Melbourne cup came and went uneventfully, we had the nibblies and sat around with the sweep and listened to the call but there was not the excitement of last year. There were many more last year and the ladies dressed up and made fashion hats from odds and ends creating interesting photo opportunit...
