Here we are at Girarre (just down the road) & what an enjoyable arvo I had. In the hall about 40 amateur musos met to jam away the arvo. The chords & the words to the songs went up on a big screen & I (although without an instrument to play) was allowed to sing along with them. What a great time...

WOW - flew to NZ Tuesday afternoon 5pm to arrive 5am then wait for next flight south so a very long day. Checking the forum this morning and GREENS has it's own spot. how cool is that. We may need to get the Lake changed to NOMAD HEAVEN. Next thing Mareeba will be wanting a site too )

May I suggest that all the people on the road, head for Greens Lake for Christmas, I am sure there are many travellers who would be at loose ends for the 25th. Did you realise it is only a little over a month away (35 days) Just a thought.
