Fitted these yesterday, 10mm Chain Joiners, known as Hammerlocks. I did have 2 shackles to make it easier on the back, but bit the $20 bullet for these. 5 minute install, big pair of multigrips to hold onto( rag insert to protect) and a 2lb hammer to belt the pin through. 10mm shackles fit from safety ch...

Interesting statistic from elsewhere on the forum, so possibly missed by many? Would those caravanners who are ignorant of their weights be more likely to simply not know because they've never bothered to check their weights, or are they more likely to simply not care? Cheers
