Hi I am not quite a grey nomad yet but in my mid 40's , i intend to travel from Perth up to the top of WA and the territory from about mid May till end Sept 08. it will be a working holiday. I am a RN and get work any where, but hard to know what the school and child care situation is like before I get to a place. I have a 7year old daughter, and am single. what I am trying to find is a grey nomad who is an ex teacher or has experiance with kids and would like some extra cash to travel with, and would like to tag along. I would be looking at before or after school care, sleepover if I am on call, and some weekend hours. At lot of places have child care and good schools but takes time to sort this out and you are never sure until you are in a place for a while. It certainly would not be a 24 hour seven days a week thing, more like hour after school, some sleepovers the odd week end day.
