Hello to all the Aussie travellers out there, I have moved from another over rated , over commercialised Forum , My Interests are travelling , Garmin GPS , 4X4, and travel in remote areas of Australia, I spent 30 years as a Truckie operating Semi's, and Roadtrains , during the last 6 years I was involved in Heavy Haulage as Oversize  Pilot/Escort operator, In my website I have an abundance of Information to pass on to you fellow Grey Nomads about the hows and why's of Garmin GPS units, and safe travelling mixing it with semi's on our roads , please feel free to ask any questions and I will try to give you a straight honest answer , and direct you to my website for GPS information, NOTE , I do not sell GPS , it's just one of my main interests in life along with many other subjects including Meteor Impact sites around the world, Climate , and general Australian History , Deserts and Caravanning .

Good to know friends are loyal, welcome to to the new Forum, it;s pretty neat eh, I like the way one can use colored text, underline Change text style, and size, I like the new home , and if one makes an error it can be fixed,  wink

Thanks, actually things have not been better, this site is quieter, and more mature, and I'm all fired up to hand out help to others when they want it , My GPS page has been updated , and took 5 round stickers off the van and car today,...Happy as Larry .

I first added one from the website list first, then went and uploaded my Troopie , it was shown in about the center of the screen then I clicked the button under that photo. biggrin

I like the layout of the forum and I love the editor.  Can do some magic things with it.  I think this is going to be a great home.
