Not in Tassi Frank, but there are lots of great spots there, so it might have been.

I think it's a pity that after paying out so much for fuel...One has to pay an arm and a leg for accomadation and a meal....everynight...I personnally would rather rough it out in the bush.....Thats just me....I'm certainly not anti- human...It's just that with so much open spaces we are lucky to have..we should be able to enjoy it....Free!!!  My favoritr spot was Port Douglas and Ellis Beach QLD

Port Doug is a nice spot especially on Sundays when you can ride the steam cane train from your 5* accom down to the wharf....Where is Ellis Beach? I stayed a few weeks at Wonga Beach, it was great there too it's about as far north as you can go without xing the Daintree....

Basil now rummages throw approx 4 million pics to find just the one he wants....In fact if anyone gets this one I'll throw in a prize....

Ok what is this? If you are or were a resident of the following cities you would have seen 1000's of these on your daily commute to work. Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Kalgoorlie, Geelong, Ballaraat, Bendigo, Hobart, Newcastle and today you can still see these if you know where to look in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Ballarraat & Bendigo....And for the winner a prize, yes it's a biggy, your very own "Blue Hills" theme as a ringtone for your Mobile Phone.....

I'm not sure that I can pay that one Dave given the value of the prize. It is not a crossover or junction, they are called "trolley frogs" I'd like the correct nomenclature please, and if someone beats you too it well I'd have to give them the prize.....

Gosh Basil..almost looks like an Insulator Frog to me..
One of them things which amused us young'uns with the electric flash as the tram boom passed thru.
Reminds me of the bloke who went to the labour exchange for a job.
He said he wanted to be a conductor, so they nailed him to a chimney.
idea

I know what it is cuz I had a torrid affair with a tram driver and it's called an "ear" and holds the wire up for the trams.

a "torrid affair" did you hear that Basil, a "TORRID AFFAIR", I can remember I went out with a woman once and we had a "HORRID AFFAIR" is that the same, anyway I think ashely deserves the ringtone, "ear" sounds much more professional than "trolley frog" I think you made that up and I think ashley has the right answer, but not sure if she will be in the age group to apreciate the ringtone

On my life I have been upstaged by a dog loving trainee grey nomad....Ok though Ashely's answer is not stricty correct I'll give it to her, her intentions were spot on. Technically that type with the bent arms is correctly referred to as a "Chicago ear" and the ones with the straight arms for use with spring bow collectors like Hobart are called "Philly ears" after philadelphia...
Now the crunch, seeing as how I am celebrating I will let anyone who private messages me their email address one free copy of the "Blue Hills" ringtone. You have all be great sports about this, Ashely it's your turn to stump us old farts.

Hmmmmmmmm an affair with a tram driver sounds positivley electrifying..... then you could throw in all the smutty overtones about St Kilda trams, but I won't. Ashely is a breath of fresh air in this forum, I hope us WOOF's don't scare her off

Ashely is having computer problems at the current juncture. When she gets back on line I'm sure she will participate.....
As to my guess... Locka Ard gorge? No,.... Somwhere in the Kimberly? It could be anywhere could't it... Hey is it around the bend from the carpark at Ormiston Gorge???
