accomadation at Karratha

just recieved an email from Graham and Pat Hanson, (technomad) they are managing the tourist park at Karratha for a while, they say they are loving every minute of it and not looking forward to their first cyclone, they asked me to pass on a message, if you are thinking about travelling to Karratha (and why wouldnt you in this weather) please book well ahead, everything is booked solid even the overflows, costs are exhorbitant and they hate turning people away, pre-book is the only way. smile

Thanks for passing that on.  We've heard that things get pretty full up in the northwest during the dry season and we'll certainly book when we go.
Glad to also hear that Graham and Pat are enjoying themselves.  Good on 'em for getting out there and living the dream!
