go north evermore north, when you get to the kimberleys, throw out the anchor and just sit and marvel, pinnacles great spot take a pair of good sunglasses with you and if the wind comes up watch the sand, I would also go 200- 300 kms south from where you are, down to margerat river and the reserves down further, cant remeber what it is called but it was french or something, great spot known as the southern rainforest, plenty of camps down there and fantastic scenery, watch for whales in the season of course, you are in the centre of a camping and adventure wonderland, grab a camping book and go take a look, plenty to see and do, you will, if lucky enough, have someone come along on the forum who lives in the area and he/she will tell you more than I can, good luck
