pick up our Jayco Penguin next friday.


well this will be the start of our G/ns adventure.We would appreciate any comments good or bad about the Jayco Penguincheers Ibbo..2000 vintage.As I have mentioned before our tow vehicle will be our El Falcon S/w.no off road driving,just meander as we find places.We have listened to advice given by 06 Dave.at this stage we plan to hit off after the school holidays finish next Jan/feb 2009.Any tips will be appreciated.smile

mate, any van has good points and bad points, treat her well and she will return the favour, good times ahead great memories great way to travel, meandering is always my favorite way to travel. is that the 13 model, if so it looks very roomy and the plan is pretty damn good, drawbar weight at 130 kilos is a bit hefty though, the falcon should be a good match for it, take her out for a shake down first and iron out the "bugs" if any when you are local

Good advice from Dave. I'd back that up. The shake down trip not too far from home and help is essential.  Good luck. You're about to have a ball.
